4 days before I was going to get picked up by some mover that my company selected, they rudely called me to tell me that they had another job that was going to replace mine and they would try to refund my company in 7-10 business days. I’ve used Washington Moving Services several times over the past couples years and have been pleasantly surprised in the professionalism from each of the movers on site during the process. I have recommended them to several of my family members and friends who have also had similar experiences. It’s worth mentioning, they wrap all pieces that could be damaged during the move which is a benefit, even if the item is a little worn….. It takes a little bit more time but accidents happen and they make sure to minimize the risk through a careful approach to protecting your items. Having worked with several moving companies previously, each one of them had a load of excuses and just poor skills including 5 hours late arriving, under uber, stealing, and I had given up that there were good moving companies available in the Seattle market. If you are looking for a straight forward approach to moving, Washington Moving Services has my endorsement as industries best.
These guys were on time, professional, hard working, and honest. Their pricing is excellent … almost too good to be true. (I felt guilty so I tipped them $140.)
